Pets are accepted for grooming only under the following circumstances...

• The pet is fit and healthy, Grooming that takes place on an elderly or infirm pet will be at the owner's risk. Grooming may expose pre-existing health\skin conditions for which Crackin Dog Grooming cannot be held liable. However, if an accident happens at the groomers fault (nick on the skin ect) reimbusement and action will be taken on Crackin Dog Groomings behalf- this exlcludes a matted pet, another form will be signed for this. 

• In the event of an emergency, in your absence, you authorize Crackin Dog Grooming to contact the nearest Veterinarian and authorize the Vet to treat the pet as necessary at your expense. 

• We do NOT offer anal gland expression, as this should be performed by a licensed veterinarian. 

• “De-matting" or complete coat removal will dramatically alter your pet's appearance. This procedure may expose pre-existing health\skin problems for which Crackin Dog Grooming cannot be held liable. 

1. Cancellations

• Cancellation and rescheduling of an appointment, by the client, requires 24 hours' notice to waive the 50% of the appointment fee.

• In the event of an uncontrollable circumstance, the groomer has the discretion to waive the fee within the 24 periods.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a groom if we feel the need to do so. Every effort will be made to reschedule at a time convenient for both the client and the groomer.    

2. No-Shows

It is considered a "no-show" when the client is not available at the scheduled appointment time and does not contact the groomer to cancel or reschedule.

• We reserve the right to charge the FULL grooming fee due to the loss of revenue caused by a "no-show". Please make every effort to call and cancel or reschedule when possible to avoid such situations. An appointment will not be rebooked until payment is made.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet or client for any reason.

3. At Crackin Dog Grooming we do not subject dogs to the painful process of de-matting. We will need to do a full clip to allow your dog to start fresh. Another form in store will be signed. *A 'matted fee' may apply*

4. If your dog shows aggression during the grooming process, an 'Aggressive Fee' may apply. The safe application of a muzzle may also be necessary for a short amount of time for our safety. 

5. Dogs found will fleas will require a mandatory flea wash. *Flea fee will apply*

6. Our grooming prices include 3 hours of care for small/medium dogs and 4 hours of care for large dogs. Any time after this will be charged at $10 per hour of care. 

7. The salon is under 24 hour CCTV surveillance to ensure the safety of both our team and the dogs in our care.  

8. Photos and videos are regularly taken for social media purposes, please inform the team if you do not want your dog involved.
